Important
The credit union requires a signed Wire Transfer Agreement on file at the credit union before your request for an outgoing wire (international or domestic) can be processed. Due to COVID-19, The Wire Transfer Agreements are being accepted in person and via fax and email at this time.
Along with a signed Wire Transfer Agreement, you must submit either a DOMESTIC Wire Transfer Request Form or an INTERNATIONAL Wire Transfer Request Form, along with a copy of your valid photo identification.
We will conduct a call back verification of the wire request to a phone number the Credit Union has on record. This is a requirement in order to process your request.
Once we have a signed Wire Transfer Agreement on file, any future wire transfer request will only require a Wire Transfer Request Form along with a copy of your valid photo identification.
Completed DOMESTIC Wire Transfer Request Forms and INTERNATIONAL Wire Transfer Request Forms can be submitted in person or through a secure form in Internet Banking.
