For your convenience, you can submit payments for PFCU loans easily and quickly with any checking or savings account, debit or credit card.  
*VISA® Platinum Rewards Credit Card and PFCU Mortgages are excluded from LoanPay Express.

Terms and Conditions

  • If you are looking to make payments with a PFCU checking/savings account, please do so via PFCU online banking.

  • If you set up your loan to pay with direct deposit and auto pay to receive a .50% discount on your rate, and you choose to discontinue that payment method, you will also discontinue that discount.

  • Payments received in LoanPay Xpress after 4 p.m. EST will begin processing the next business day.

  • Payment method restrictions apply.

  • A convenience fee will apply when paying with a credit card or debit card ( 2.60% + $2.00) and payment will be processed immediately. Example: A loan payment of $350.00, will incur an additional fee of $12.40.

  • No fee when paying via ACH.

  • Payments via ACH may take up to 3 business days to process and credit your loan.

Please note this is separate from PFCU Online Banking, and LoanPay Express will not recognize online banking credentials.

 

SET UP LOAN ACCOUNT AND PAYMENT METHOD

  • You will be asked to enter your Account Number + Loan Suffix (this number must total 14 digits)

  • If your account # is 9 digits, add 1 leading 0 + 4 digit loan suffix

  • If your account # is 5 digits, add 5 leading 0 + 4 digit loan suffix

  • Account Number 97542 would be 00000975420100

  • Account Number 803803803 would be 08038038030300
